Zombine
« on: January 30, 2011, 09:05:15 PM »
The SMOD Author fully coded in the Episode 1 Zombine NPC, but did not include it's model or sound files. Considering that the files were posted long ago on the official SMOD forums and other mods have been able to include it's files (including Obsidian Conflict), i see no reason not to put it here.

The Zombine acts exactly like it did in Episode 1 before the May 26th update. The SMOD Author did not add any of its Orange Box AI.

THIS IS INTENDED TO ONLY BE USED FOR:
-SMOD 40a
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS MODEL FOR ANYTHING OTHER THEN THE INTENDED MOD(S).

Features:
-Episode 1 Zombine NPC Fully Working. It does not replace any other NPC type. Spawn code: "npc_zombine".

Credits:
Model/Skin/Animations/Sounds: Valve
Edits/Original HL2 Compile: Obsidian Conflict Mod Team
SMOD Compile: Onemanshow

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT INSTALL NOTE: THE ZOMBINE USES A UNIQUE SCRIPT FILE TO USE IT'S SOUNDS. THIS FILE IS NOT LOADED BY DEFAULT AND REQUIRES YOU TO EDIT THE "game_sounds_manifest.txt" FILE IN YOUR SCRIPTS FOLDER. SEE THE SECTION ON INSTALLING CUSTOM WEAPONS FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON EDITING THE MANIFEST SCRIPT.
