Try verifying your steam cache for Source SDK 2013 Base Singleplayer.

It that does not work, try re-downloading the mod.

Taking a look at the custom weapon script, and so far it seems much better already.
Question on the bodygroups: This just selects bodygroups to use on the weapon, correct? It doesn't have any fancy selection system I'm guessing, which is fine (for now, its in development and its not really important if you even plan to add it).

EDIT: When I mean much better, it still doesn't have as much control with some stuff as SMOD. All I mean its much better in a lot of stuff that was implemented.

Yes, it just selects bodygroups for the weapon model. I do not plan to add in a bodygroup select menu however.

I found something interesting. You could access ep1 maps using the map console command. There's a couple of ep1 maps and they all have a bunch of missing textures.

Since it uses the Source SDK 2013 Base Singleplayer it comes with some EP1 and EP2 content, which include the maps.
