I was thinking on adding http://bsnooch.com/forums/index.php?topic=1216.0 to my mod (SMOD: FIREFIGHT), but I want the   item sellers to spawn on walls using the AI Node, not to the same position every time.

How do I do this?

I don't think that's possible the way you want to make it, plus it's bad idea, here's why:
Nodes only spawn on ground unless you place them manually and even if you'll do so npcs will try to use said nodes, so that's not the best idea.

I'd suggest setting up some pre-defined spawn locations and then use  Logic_case to choose one of 16 random locations.
