There is, that depends if I manage to find the source files.
Also depending on the choice, it is impossible to remove the GP30, otherwise the left hand would be just floating there, doing nothing.

For a quick fix you could simply find the kobra and the reticle VMTs and replacing their contents with $no_draw 1.
