Porting id Tech 1/2/3/4 Models to GoldSrc/Source

I've been wanting to port Models from id Tech 1/2/3/4 Games to GoldSrc/Source with their Original Animations Intact, but I can't seem to figure it out, I've seen A Quake 1/2 Weapons Pack (plus a Quake 3 Gamemode) on the GMOD Workshop and the Weapons have their Original Animations Intact, so I assume there has to be some kind of Program that does this, if anyone knows what Program can do this please let me know ASAP.

These are the Addons I mentioned.

The Creator of those Addons also created some DOOM 3, Serious Sam 1/2, & Unreal Tournament SWEPs, and they have their Model Animations Intact aswell.

you can't port IDTech1 and I think 2 due to them using Vertex Animations.

you can't port IDTech1 and I think 2 due to them using Vertex Animations.

actually idtech 1 is doom, which is sprite based, quake 1 and 2 are apparently idtech 2
