[MOD] Upgrade Built-In Facilities (updated to v0.2)

Upgrade Built-In Facilities Mod (UBF Mod) v0.2
by biz - bsnooch.com

This mod allows you to upgrade the Built-In facilities (Workshop, Storage, Infirmary, and Watchtower) at certain homesites. A beta feature has been added to allow a upgraded Built-In Workshop be downgraded to its basic variant so that it is possible to switch between Machine Shop and Munitions Shop (needs testing).

Install:
Extract and drop into folder:
.../State of Decay/Game/libs/class3.1/rts

if no folder exists create one.

May conflict with other mods which modify the file:
facilities.win.bmd

I wonder how many people actually play this game... I know for a fact that I do.

It's pretty much unplayable because my video card always throws visual artifacts at my face.

Nice dude, I haven't gone through breakdown yet

I'm about 20 or so hours into the main story mode.

Downloaded and will give a run, was a bit crappy you can't upgrade built-ins

With out a specific tutorial  on mergeing this one i attempted to use that character changing tutorial. which was incredibly informative  btw. the attempt to add this to qjms total conversion. cause you guys use the same faculties BMD. the weird part was when I open up their XML file and your XML file they were completely different so compiling them into the BMD seemed to not help. so essentially how do I combine those two XML and then compile them into one BMD? or am I just completely missing something here and I'm Way off the mark. I'm not exactly a computer Newb but I am pretty new to state of decay modding not the usage of mods but the editing side yes I am a newb. I've attempted to add your xml information to his and vice versa I've attempted to yours on the top I've attempted put yours in the middle to put yours on the bottom I think I'm over my head here but would really love to combine these 2 mods because the only thing his is missing is upgrading  builtin faculties.I tried everything I can think of short of posting to forums for the past 5 hours and an entire pack of cigarettes in frustration X) so can you please help me figure this out cuz I have a feeling I won't be able to sleep tonight if I cant. sorry for the super long and needy first post lol
