Title: Hey there is a chatbox on the front page

I'm just wondering if I moved the shoutbox closer to the top of the front page, would you use it?

 the problem is, there isn't many users simultaneously online

Gone check the Chatbox everytime i visite BSNOOCH, if i see something i want to reply to, so ill do, maybe ill just write something on my own for fun.
