I think it's possible to import the Cremator from Half-life 2 Beta to smod.

Weapon? Maybe. NPC? Nope, unless it uses monster_generic, and that's map specific.

Well, since we cant edit SMOD's Source Code we will never have a real Cremator NPC in SMOD, only thing would be like FreeKill mentioned using it as a dynamic model, so it moves etc. But that needs to be done via mapping.

I have wanted to see this, but again, it would be needed to be done through mapping. To compensate I have added references to it throughout the campaign in the form of propaganda and paintings in combine-controlled areas but no proper appearance to add a sense of mystery and dread.

I think you can make a custom weapon script for his gun though.
