in vanilla hl2 "sk_dmg_inflict_scale1-3" sets a how much damage player will inflict to other ents. It's set by "skill" cvar.

So, does that means that now are more than 3 difficulty levels?

Also, here's some settings cvars from the advanced options (user_sp.scr/user_default_sp.scr):

The sv_regeneration stuff requires cheats in order to be used.

buyitem has 3 arguments, the item class, the amount of money/kash, and a bool if we don't want want to detect if the item is already owned by the player (works with weapons), which we should change to 0 if we want it to be detected.

example:

buyitem item_battery 20 1

weapon example:

buyitem weapon_357 35 0

It works like the give command.

There's also the messagebox command which is used for the store's messageboxes.

messagebox [title] [main text]

example:

messagebox #GameUI_Store_Title #GameUI_Store_PlayerIsDead

or

messagebox "Hi" "I am a box"

Here's a little note about g_skill and g_gamemode.

g_skill can be set from 0-4, 0 being easy, 1 meaning normal, 2 meaning hard, etc.

g_gamemode can be set from 0-5, 0 being random gamemodes, 1 being COMBINE FIREFIGHT, 2 being XEN INVASION, etc. You can also set this to -1 if you just want the "default" gamemode.
