Does it require Standalone?
No. It requires a installation of Steam and Source SDK 2013 Base (Singleplayer) in order to run. Once you install the mod in your sourcemods directory, restart Steam and launch it, if you don't have Source SDK 2013 Base (Singleplayer) it will (hopefully) install it for you.
