How to set up ironsights and viewmodels??

How to set up ironsights and viewmodels? Yes, I know there is one: http://bsnooch.com/forums/index.php?topic=881.0 tutorial, but due to the fact that there are no images displayed, I do not quite understand how to configure everything. In addition, when I translate the text of this tutorial (In a translator or independently) I also don't understand its content. Can someone explain to me how to configure it ironsights and viewmodels? This is very important.

remove any ironsight and adjust lines inside your custom weapon txt file.
in game, type:
viewmodel_nolag 1
viewmodel_adjust 1
crosshair_vis_in_ironsightmode 1

now adjust your model position to the position you would like your weapon while not aiming with:
viewmodel_f <- move weapon forward and backward
viewmodel_p <- pitch weapon
viewmodel_r <- move weapon right and left (if weapon is flipped e.g. css guns, then the left and right coordiantes are flipped too)
viewmodel_rl <- roll weapon
viewmodel_u <- move weapon up and down
viewmodel_y <- yaw weapon

remember the last set value for each command you have set and place them inside your custom_weapon.txt like:
WeaponData
{
   "printname"   "WEAPON NAME"
   "viewmodel"   "MODEL_LOCATION"
   ...
   Ironsight    <-changes position if ironsight button is triggered
   {
      "right"   "VALUE of viewmodel_r"
      "up"      "VALUE of viewmodel_u"
      "forward "   "VALUE of viewmodel_f"
      "fov"      "fov value (zoom) while aiming"
      ...
   }
   Adjust   <- changes position while not aiming
   {
      "right"   "VALUE of viewmodel_r"
      "up"      "VALUE of viewmodel_u"
      "forward "   "VALUE of viewmodel_f"
      ...
   }
   ...
}

after you have saved the new positions into your custom_weapon.txt, go back into the game and type:
viewmodel_nolag 0
viewmodel_adjust 0
crosshair_vis_in_ironsightmode 0
reload

now choose the weapon and test it.
