Try using Wayback Machine, I was able to Acess GameFront with that easily.

I have smod outbreak .98c and also fix file for it saved on my computer.

All the links in this thread are dead. Found this nifty guide on the steam forums that includes a link to Outbreak .98c and a way to get it to work with SMOD Standalone:
