[Help] View model rotation lost during decompile
« on: April 14, 2012, 01:50:36 AM »
May sound like a newbie talk, but am currently working on a Glock model, located here:
http://www.gamebanana.com/css/skins/106829

Chose the one with only LAM unit

Attempted to decomp & compile, only that the weapon's rotation was screwed during the decomp...

Usually just change the model, but this one is particulary interesting, and unique as well.

Enlightenment anyone?

(both option of fixing rotation on decompiler were tried. No effect. Any advanced modeler willing to help?

As stated, its not the whole animation. The gun model lost all its allignment and such, seems to be a problem with the newer models and the older decompiler. Cannot be fixed with a simple rotation command in the qc file (wouldn't be asking if the rotation fix the model). Assuming unfixable, therefore looking for new (and older) model.

Look at the author of the anims. It is Mr Brightside. Sadly he always protects his anims from recompiling.
