Adds more gibs in the form of hearts, spines, ribs, and so much more!

I know how to enable/disable it. The thing is, guys explode but none of the gore models gets thrown everywhere. Only the chunks that stick to walls. And then all the blood. Hmm am i missing something?

That sounds like only bloodsplatter. The gibs only appear when the bodies literally explode into a nice gooey mess of blood and destruction.
